Welcome to Nik Nak's Sweet Snaks, LLC Thank you for choosing us for your baked goods. We are thrilled to be a part of your special occasions and everyday treats. To ensure we provide the highest quality and freshest products, please review our ordering policy below:

**Order Processing and Delivery**

  • **Processing Time**: All orders require 1-2 business days for processing before they are ready for  pick -up or delivery.
  • Custom cake orders : 2wks in advance ordering 
    - **Delivery Times**: Delivery times/dates are as selected at checkout. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery within the selected time window.

 **All Sales Are Final**

  • Due to the nature of our products, **all sales are final**. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please carefully review your order before finalizing the purchase

  • Bakery Ordering Policy

    1. General Ordering Guidelines

    Custom Orders: For custom cakes, platters, or any personalized bakery items (including themed cakes, decorations, or large orders), we require at least two weeks’ notice to ensure availability and time to prepare your order. This allows us to guarantee that we can meet your expectations and produce the best possible results for your special event.

    2. Custom Cake & Platter Orders

    Minimum Order Time: We require two weeks’ advance notice for all custom cake and platter orders. If you're planning a special event or celebration, please get in touch with us as early as possible so we can reserve your desired date and design.

    • Payment: balance is due in full at time of ordering.

    • Design Consultation: For custom cakes and platters, we offer design consultations (either in person or virtually) to discuss your vision, flavors, and any special requests. We’ll work closely with you to create the perfect treat for your event!

    • Flavor Selection: A wide variety of flavors are available for custom cakes and platters. You can select from our standard flavor options or request a custom flavor. Please ensure you finalize your flavor and design choices at least one week before your event to allow sufficient time for baking and preparation.

    3. Order Cancellations and Modifications

    Cancellations: If you need to cancel or modify your order, please notify us at least 5 days prior to the scheduled pick-up or delivery date for full consideration at owners discretion. Cancellations made after this time are subject to a cancellation fee ($20) and may result in the forfeiture of your payment.

    Modifications: If you wish to make any changes to your order after confirmation (e.g., flavor, design, delivery time), please inform us as soon as possible. Custom orders that have already been started may not be able to be altered, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.

    4. Pick-Up and Delivery

    Pick-Up: Customers are responsible for picking up their orders at the scheduled time. If you need a specific time or special instructions, please let us know in advance.

    Delivery: We offer delivery services for an additional charge, based on the distance and order size. Delivery fees and terms will be confirmed when you place your order. All deliveries are scheduled within a 2-hour window.

    5. Payment Methods

    We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and online payments for all orders. The full balance is due on or before the day of pick-up or delivery for custom orders.

    6. Dietary Restrictions & Special Requests

    We offer gluten-free and vegan options. Please make sure to mention any dietary restrictions at the time of booking, so we can tailor your order accordingly.
